What sort of can of worms am I looking at? It's past the point of enforcement. Google says making alterations could reset that .

    Question about enforcement

I'm not too fussed about it being lawful I have no plans to sell I'm only concerned if I can be forced to pull down. It's not dangerous and it was definitely completed before Feb 2022.

    Question about enforcement

It was completed in 2021. I believe the rules changed in 2024. So I don't thinks that's an issue. I think it's slightly bigger than PD would of allowed(if it was im sure thats only 1yr enforcement) I think it would have come under the good neighbour scheme it's about 4x4 on a terraced house

You have an 11 degree roof pitch with a Velux and Marley Ludlow Major tiles? yep. The extension was built before i bought it and I wish thrlese were the only 2 issues with it. Im just trying make it better. Like I said the long term plan is to raise the end and make it more of a flat roof...

Need some advice on my roof

The roof on my extension leaks. Mostly down the lowest end of the roof but occasionally depending on wind direction in one of the corners of the velux window. I'm almost certain the issue is the type of roof tile used, pretty sure it's a marly major. After a bit of research the minimum pitch...

    Timber garage build

No one else got anything to add. I'm more interested in if the metal cladding would be sufficient on the sides that will be closer than 1m to the boundary . To get past the non combustible building control

    Timber garage build

The waterproof membrane would attach the osb. Then some batten on top of the waterproof membrane. Then the cladding is fixed to the batten

    Timber garage build

Even with a waterproof membrane? These are the videos I've been watching It would be the same style of construction, just for a garage instead of a garden workshop
