It's a free standing cooker, but perhaps it's possible then with a built-in oven? It's a floor board floor with joists running parallel with the direction of waste.

Thanks for that. I'm not a plumber so I'd just assumed all the pipework would all have to be copper in a sealed system. Interesting that certain pipe/fittings manufacturers may produce plastic pipes/fittings that can be used in a sealed system.

If a sealed heating system (with unvented hot water tank) is put in place can: a) either plastic or copper pipework be used? b) since system is "sealed" does this make it more complicated than it would be otherwise to either remove/replace a radiator to the system in the future? Thanks.
