    Lillies and fuchsias?

You just need to remove the flower head stalks and leave to allow the bulb to build up for next year. By late Autumn it will have shed it's leaves and juse leave the main stalk. Once that has gone dry and brittle, either late winter or early spring just wiggle the stem until it easily comes...

    Thermostat.

I think that is a volt free stat which means it just switches whichever voltage is supplied to it by a boiler or programmer but it might have a mains voltage supplied to it to make it operate. Carefully take it off the wall and see if it has 4 wires going into the back of it. You can test it...

Electric shower only produces scolding hot or ice cold in hotter months. Any idea what I can do to fix this or is this normal?

He only meausured 1 litre of water a couple of times. I don't think that is enough to rule out whether it varies or not. According to the instructions there are 2 elements in the tank for high and low and the temp is varied for each element by the flow rate which is cintrolled by the stabiliser...

    Summerhouse

Personally I don't think that sounds to be such a good idea. You may have problems with it taking the weight and won't have access to maintain the decking in the future

It still seems like the problem is the flow rate either into or out of the shower unit. See these instructions about flow rate and maintenance. https://www.bristan.com/product-files/576763/fitting-instructions.pdf perhaps you just need to clean both filters If you can achieve the required input...

You made your last post while I was typing Did you fill the jug with the shower head attached or removed. I'm not a plumber but it would take about 5 seconds max. to fill a 1litre jug from any of our taps. What are the results if you do the same test from a cold tap in the bathroom

Electric shower only produces scolding hot or ice cold in hotter months. Any idea what I can do to fix this or is this normal?

He doesn't mention adjusting settings because he is talking about the flow rate either not being high enough or varying during use which is what you are experiencing. So yes the valves could be the problem but do the basics first the same as endecotp says. But check your stopcock is fully open...
