I have never said that im quitting for good.
However I thought that once I do start again that I will only drink if there is a good reason, like the football. The problem there is that there is always a reason. Id then be back on it as there is generally 3 or 4 excuses a week.
I gave up for 142 days then had a drink on holiday. Since I've been back, Ive not touched it.
Im the same. I enjoy the social side of drinking. It does help that I do like the 0٪ lagers, ciders and the Guinness.
I hate the affects over the next few days.
Im thinking more about the Panel. They all do the talking about what he should have done and so on. Hindsight is wonderful yet not many of them could manage a decent successful team.
