The Jamie Carney murder: Ireland is at the stage we were at about 10-15 years ago, the start of daily murders and atrocities and the ensuing denial of reality by political leaders. The following article is one of the best expositions I've seen of the moral position on state-run mass immigration:

Anger and division will never satisfy voters in the long-term. They cause tensions in our communities, dividing us and tearing the social fabric of our society. We have seen what happens when this is allowed to escalate, such as last year’s racist riots, this year’s disturbing demonstrations outside asylum accommodation sites and the most recent far-right rally in London promoting racism and hate speech, which record numbers attended. In her review of the Windrush scandal, Wendy Williams said that migration and wider Home Office policy is about people and should be rooted in humanity. By not changing approach, the Government is in danger of repeating the same mistakes.

The devoid left escalate this problem by putting fear in to the good immigrants of this country by telling them that they are all hated by ½ the country.

This simply isn't true. We want a controlled safe Island. Your want to gain support for you narrative by lying to good honset decent people.

It's been mildly interesting watching your 'return' to the forum, and the way your language has devolved into a mish-mash of Gumbynews and the kind of spineless rhetoric i've come to expect from them. It's almost as though you've returned to those heady days in The Shed chanting racist slogans without a care in the world, ignorant of the wider impact you made upon society.

Now, however, you simply regurgitate racist slogans, heedless of consequences, protected by the self-same racists you once rejected only to embrace them once again when it suited you.

I do, since you've posted about it a few times in attempts to justify your 'new found' perspective, which remains tainted with the odour of far right opinion from the seventies...i stood on football terraces during those times as well and not once did it ever occur to me that i should join in with their perverted views.
