I'm not sure actually but it's tied into the return pipe. Currently the pipework runs under a concrete floor to a rad opposite and off to another rad. I want to run pipework along the wall to the the left of the existing pipes to a new rad, but also want another couple of rads tied in as well.

Just the way it read in the description If l got 2 of these for opposite ends of a room, you think that both dimmer switches will work as 2 way? I just want to be sure as they're not cheap

Is it considered good practice to put a drain off valve on every single radiator if possible or is it not really necessary?

As plasterers, do you generally mind if spotlight holes have been cut into a new ceiling and lights left dangling before you plaster it? Or even just the holes cut if wires are left tucked up inside ready for lights?

Yes will get rid of the other wall light and will eventually install spot lights.
