    Nope they’re all open returned to what they were pre the clean , have fully opened them on the cold radiator but still Luke warm .the flow and return pipes going into the radiator are nice and hot though ...

    Main 28 he Before you could hear the water running fast through the radiator . Same with my underfloor heating the system would get better flow as Indicated on the flow meters , hard to explain but I know it’s running slower for want of a better decritpion .

    Cool Thank you .. what do you think the ball bearing rattling about noise could be ? Saying that I just went to the boiler and that is materially died down now , just the old little gritty type noise and the radiator the same ?!

It’s a main 28 he My issue is I drained down the system after using x400 and thst did the trick .. after I refilled the system with fresh water inhibitor etc I’m sure the central heating on some rads take longer now to heat up. Before I could hear the water running through a towel...

    That’s what I assumed . Come to think of it I topped up with x100 last year after draining the undefloor heating with no ill affect . Have you used x400 ok In a system with mystery chemicals ?

    Yeah that’s what I thought and obv want to avoid ! May I ask your view on where to install the magna clean ? I know it goes on the return to boiler but instructions say before the filling loop . Some have said it doesn’t matter ? Cheers

    Thanks so I’ll put it just before the boiler as planned . Another question if I may , the pipe is too close to the wall to use a pipe slice .. obv I can cut it with a hacksaw etc but have read different views on the copper filings getting into the pipe causing issues.hows best to clean them out...
