Put your hand on the top. There'll be a big plastic cap not a little tyre valve cap. These sometimes pull off rather than unscrew. The schrader valve will be there below this cap. Tap the EV with your fingernails at the top... Does it ring or sound dull?

Then it may be that it is blocked or has failed. There's a gauze filter inside. That can be checked (sometimes easy sometimes not). Also Air charge on EV should be checked... Shut off cold feed to uv, open hot taps and use a tyre gauge to check EV pressure. Regen as necessary.
