    The bi-folds are only held in with screws, get the installers back to whip it out. Then sort the brickwork, then put back, otherwise this will haunt you forever!

    I would say it's purely cosmetic, that's what timber does, and shouldn't affect their ability to keep the fence up. If you've put them in concrete, that's where your point of failure will be.

    A picture would help. It wouldn't be the end of the world to put the brickwork right, and would probably cause less hassle overall than your proposed solution would.

    Split EPDM flashing around the pipe. Gorilla clear waterproof patch tape for the other leaky bits.

    Yes, should work in theory, Hardiebacker 12mm will also work, but you'll need to check clearance behind the stove. Read instructions for the minimum.
