I would be checking voltage on each network A and B if I remember check on the unused network first ….should be around 13.8 dc think you have 4 to check

Could be for latching pirs ….reset button like old shocks ….light stays on until reset , bet battery resistor is burnt out under keypad

Looks like the extra low voltage cables are earthed ( someone fitted an ACT earth choke ? ) maybe

Did you wire it onto the network at the panel ?

Pyronix 76 ….wifi xa card …..cheapest option but app on subscription after 1st year Premier 24 plastic , keypad , smartcom ….app free ( no guarantees it may go to subscription)

Texecom veritas would be your best bet ….avoid the compact version …

Take it up with virgin as others have said it doesn’t look that bad unless it’s a crap photo you have taken

Post a picture of the alarm panel you have now , if it’s an onboard keypad panel Your options are limited …

You don’t have much choice anymore ….texecom Veritas , the full size is better than the compact version as you can fit a larger battery , have you checked the internal speaker ? If it’s blown then you won’t get any bleeps from the keypad

I’ve binned better panels …just replace it as it’s got to be 25 years old ..

Why do you need to move to another keypad to complete the programming ? You program it once …job done

Mounted loads on the side ….aslong as you don’t block the fan ..

As a rule of thumb If the camera has a load of holes on the side it’s got a speaker for 2 way speech if not then no …

11 volts ? That’s too low …I would wire the keypad direct onto the panel network with nothing else on the network to see if it works it could be one of the data lines down to the keypad …
