    Samsung Smart Switch works very well. Just follow the instructions. If your new phone has a USB-C to USB-C cable , you may be able to plug phone to phone. Did my Samsung to Samsung over local wifi. Did my mums iPhone to Samsung with a USB-C to Lightning.

    Standard switch and smart bulbs should work. We have a couple of Hue bulbs - Very expensive. Work well and easy to integrate with Alexa. Quick Amazon browse, I think Tapo (Part of TP-Link, a well established comms kit company) are pretty good.

    How many other lights that you currently dim? Might be easier to get smart bulbs for them and replace your dimmer switch for a standard one. Or if always dimmed to the same level get some lower wattage bulbs Or.... Never seen one but just googled to see if there was such a thing...
