    I think the Concept was a model they were learning on WRT the keypad connection. You say yours had 16 cores, mine had 12. But the instructions for this one has 4 cores, which is odd because as I understand it, latter day systems use 6: 2 for power, 2 for comms and 2 for tamper.

    There is a metal tab connected under the fixing bolt that goes into the other side of the centre terminal. So when you connect the two earth wires from the lighting circuit to the centre terminal, they will connect to the fitting's body.

    FWIW, my opinion is that I would put the iso on the LHS and keep the tails as short as possible. The ADE Concept panel takes me back. It was the first panel with remote keypad that I ever fitted.     As far as I recall, you can still use plastic consumer units. As long as you mount them within a metallic enclosure.
