If you have say a 10L EV (expansion vessel) that might normally be pre charged to 1.0bar and you then charge it to 1.4bar, then that will take 1.67L to do so which means that you are possibly losing/leaking 1.67L each time the boiler pressure...

    They all have the same/very similar efficiencies, the UPS3, above, on CP1 at 3.0M & 1ms/hr (16.7LPM) flow consumes 22W, my Wilo Yonos Pico 6M would consume 21W. Unfortunately, the UPS3 (& UPS2) do not display the power consumption, most, now, display the flow and the power consumption.

    No issues in replacing with either as long as the external dimensions are the same. Before purchasing the 5M Yonos Pico, have a look at the Selectric's speed setting, if its on speed 3, a 6M Yonos Pico might be more suitable, how many rads have you got?.
