That looks rough to me, can't see a bonding gutter, just membrane. The rear of your chimney needs clearing and are they your broken slates lying there. Also left side of your chimney looks like theres no lead flashing and a load of cement put there, terrible mess, did they do that?

I'm sure It's not emptied but I will use my inspection camera next time it happens to double check.

Sounds feasible then. I would be able to route that size pipe through wall behind pan into kitchen behind the cabinets and then up through the kitchen ceiling, across the loft above kitchen and out through external wall.

I was thinking of using it to vent toilet. All the bungalows down our road had their toilets fitted without a vent stack in the 1970s.

I've seen some WC pan connectors which have an integral boss vent, can this be used to vent to the outside or is it for connecting an internal AAV or something else.

Its on my nephew's house and the uPVC is new and free so that's why it's being used.

I am replacing the wood cladding on this porch with some tongue and groove uPVC cladding. I was going to start at the bottom edge and work my way up but then thought how am I going to insert the next piece as the it needs to go slightly higher to fit the groove onto the tongue of the piece...

What's with the fascia beneath the soffit, is that to cover a large gap they have left between the soffit and wall?
