First check the engine coolant level, then warm the van up and make sure both heater hoses are getting warm, if they are it may be the cable for the heater box temp control which has come adrift. should be easy enough to see just under the dash.

You can probably get the key cloned at a auto locksmith. If not they should have the equipment to read the ecu and extract the immobiliser code out so you can get a key from the dealers.

Just get a lever and lever the caliper. You wont damage the caliper as long as you don't go over the top as the brake pads should break up as you remove the caliper.

It's the multi-function relay on the n/s inner wing by the battery. These stick and this relay runs the fuel pump etc. Not alot of £ from the dealer. Give it a smack with something when the ignition is on.
