    A lot of fridges have metal running in plastic hinges that have problems with wearing out when the door has a bottle drawer built into the door. So I suppose in theory a lot of heavy fridge magnets stuck to the outside could hasten the wear.

    I was always told 6 months before papering new plaster. But that was with browning then skimmed, not sure about the latest products.

    Do you mean remove the grass before the post. If so make a cut from th centre of the post to he edge of the patch the lever it up with a thin blade of some description. A wall paper scraper or simillar. Perhaps glue it back in place with silicon once repair is done.

    Did it happen with the old one. Does the low pressure indicator illuminate. Did changing the stop cock and isolators improve the pressure at the taps.

    I sometimes wonder about that, as it is often mentioned buried in terms and conditions when you buy on-line. I always thought it was their responsibilty to pay for returns if goods are faulty. I just avoid retailers that say that you have to pay.
