**** me, give the guy a break, he's a retired heating engineer, I'm sure he knows how to run a bit of copper pipe and how to fit a flue, if he's retired he probably worked in the days where Flueing and ventilation were very important and there wasn't as many room sealed boiler about, so I'm sure...
