When I checked the roof the felt ends just on top of the gutter as it should be. If I remove the last row of tiles would I be able to see inside the cavity? Also, what’s the purpose of the fascia?

We can see some dampness on the internal wall around the window, the paint has started peeling off around the metal bead; do you see anything wrong? When it rains there is the annoying drop hitting the windowcill, here’s a video showing where it’s coming from (and me trying to find a way to sleep)
