It depends on the model. Unfortunately you've omitted to tell us that. There can be several versions of a model so it's best to give the model and the product number, that way your exact machine can be identified.

Easy test. Take the drain hose and hold it just below the level of the top of the machine, aim it into a bucket and switch it on to spin. Does it drain? If not, you've got an internal blockage somewhere or a faulty pump. (Not uncommon for the impellor to break off).
