I would suggest it's a faulty cartridge who supplied the tap. If you supplied the tap the guarantee is your responsibility you need to contact the supplier. If your plumber supplied the tap then contact him.

If I'm reading this correctly the underfloor heating was not tested before the floor was laid oh dear. No leak sealer will not work. Does the pressure drop to zero. If a system is filled to 1bar cold the pressure will raise when it is hot then drop when it cools.

You need a Baxi engineer in front of the boiler while manufacturers help lines in my experience are very good sometimes you need to be in front of the appliance.

Instead of throwing reconditioned parts at it that maybe faulty, it would be better to pay a boiler engineer to locate the fault and supply and fit a new part and make sure the boiler is safe after your diy attempt.

You need to check the temperature with a gauge to see what temperature the stat trips from memory I think it should trip at about 80 -90deg C. If it trips lower it may require new stats you will need an rgi to investigate as you need to enter the combustion area. I always replace both stats if...

Contact the installer whose name is on the paper work he is the person that certified the installation if he won't respond you need to contact gas safe did you receive the building regulations paper work from gas safe if it was registered. I assume this was a cash weekend job
