Nowt wrong with not taking everything as gospel, but the Beeb are generally closer to the truth than many. And the occasional "we're watching you" wake-up call is no bad thing, in my book.

Just getting it clear. On a scale of trustworthiness though, the BBC is light-years ahead of many sources. Trust Social doesn't even make it onto the rejected list. FWIW, I agree that the BBC got this one very wrong. Also FWIW, I hope they learn from this: if a reality check every now and again...
