Easy job get Vaillant out and replace faulty mass flow sensor as this is keeping it in comfort mode, common on these easy job

Easy fix divertor valve needs replacing, as bypass rattles need a gas Engineer to sort though hope this helps

Likely to have damaged many parts you have 2 options either gas safe engineer to fix or pay ideal to fix boiler, as non boiler fault Good luck

When changing over we to constant controller you have to adjust a few settings otherwise it won't work Good luck

There will be a connection in the wiring centre as on the hxi it has its own pump connection get a sparky to sort out will be best thing

With solar you have to be on the ball, seen some have a go heros that made a cylinder inpload , but not all engineers are aware of solar regs etc. Atleast going to a manufacturer they will send some one competent (you would expect!?!) but don't mess with it yourself Good luck

Could be pcb issue depends on age of boiler etc, could be stray voltage from external controls, could be a number of issues, get a gas safe guy in to look at issue Good luck

Go for intergas rapid cheap price can be used for heat only/system/combi no brainer for the price just needs a strong wall to be fixed On but can't fault the rapid

If it's the new Vaillant iq you need a min of 11 Liters per min to fully test, nightmare to repair in the future due to internal pipe work lay out, went on the course and didn't seem impressed!!

Difficult to fully clean plate heat exchanges, if heating fine either divertor not moving over fully or plate blocked, had the same for a customer last year thought I clean plate out but since I changed it all sorted Good luck

Likely to be either leak on pipe work/system or main heat exchanger is passing and leaking down condense run, I've had quite a few main heat exchangers pass, hope this helps good luck

Depends age of boiler some require a combustion reading before stripping down parts within boiler. Gas rate and working pressure should take min time depending where gas meter is etc. Check of flue and visual inspection of aav/ hydroblock for any leaks or noises. 25/45mins is about right. Older...
