How easy is it to replace a single composite deck board without taking the whole thing out? it’s been secure with 6mm hidden fasteners the slide in ones

May be a silly question But is weed killer safe to use around composite decking? Just in case of staining etc

Would the rest of the rock count as adjacent ground? If I stand on the rock I can already see into neighbouring gardens.

From where would the measurements for planning be taken if i were to put decking over the tock in the photo. I’ve measure and it would be under 30cm in most places, but due to the slope of the ground, it may be higher as you move left.
