The choice is yours, personally I would just to take your eye off it.
Annoying thing is, they’ve done the ones in the utility.....
Have a word if they are still on site. May just have been an oversight or if you intend painting the wall?

I’ve got a customer technician on site next week coming to do bits so might get him to do that.
Silicone will eventually become more noticeable than the little gap there.
A good decorator is able to fill the gap and paint it same colour as the wall to make it invisible.
