Nozzle every service hoses need checking replace every two years or five if using long life boiler needs cleaning if it got soot in it means baffles out and secondary heat ex looking at / cleaning plus general look over put back together then check fuel pressure analyser check on emissions check...

What happens is a while ago to meet the emissions act oil firms took out some of the sulpher from the fuel oil as sulpher is a natural lubricant it played he'll with some pumps so you need to replace the oils lubricity,if you like you have to make the oil more slippery daft eh.Bob

Danfoss are a supierior pump to suntec personally I wouldn't use a suntec danfoss are very good pumps it could be you need exocet in your oil.Bob
