    The misses bought the hinges from Amazon. I'm about to install them tonight but now I'm worried Incase I drill the holes on the wrong place and mess it up. Any tips on how to get it perfect with this jig and hinges?

    That must explain why it's not to loose then . Although it's not as tight as the other one. Would you say I'm good to go and use these instead of getting new ones.

    So is it a case of trying to line this up centre as best as possible and drill new holes through the router base and through the plate countersunk and good to go. What if it's slightly of center by a slight of a mm, will this matter?
