In my opinion you would be wise to go with a Vaillant which will suit you're needs, you're instaler will be able to spec the correct one for you There are other good makes such as Veissman, i hear good things about ATAG although never had any dealings with them myself, some of the lads rave...

Pressure relief valve question, unused cellar installation

I wouldnt worry to much either way, you can just get your installer to drop it into the sump if its easy enough, or you could just run it and terminate in in you're cellar, aslong as it is a cellar and not used as a room, if it has fridges/ washing machines or anything that cant get damaged it...

Thats fair enough, however ive prob bin to 175 ish in last 3 years, and considering they're not al that popular its a high failure rate, having said that alot of diaphragms, microswitches, motors, thermisters, PCB's, i suppose alll combi's breakdown, just dont like biasi, so wont entertain any...

will worcester combi greenstar 24i junior do?

If you want a cheaper boiler go with a Main Combi HE, dont deal with a Biasi, is my opinion, and yes the Worcester is better than the best possible Biasi you can buy

Very ture bengasman, was this biler recomended by you're installer, he maybe using worcesters good name to fool you that you're getting top of the range boiler, when realy you're geting a decent boiler, made by a top of the range company (not my opinion anymore), which created a bigger profit...

    Worcester Bosch 24i junior

A TVR is a car You can set rad temp from boiler stat, however this is not what your broken roomstat did Boiler stat controls temp of water in radiators Room stat/ TRV's control temperature of room Whatever you turn you boiler stat to will effect all rad temps

    Worcester Bosch 24i junior

The radiator in the room where the room stat is, shouldnt have a TRV as they will work against eachother It is correct practice to have room stat and no TRV in one room, the rad will also act as a bypass for your system as lockshields never close themselves down as TRV'S do Yes you should...
