They are about 10mm deeper than the carcase to hide part of the door edge.
This is the only option at ikea. They do not do ones with the holes drilled in them to replace part of the carcase.
All carcases from ikea are white.
Could be the machine. My old one shook a lot from new. My new Hotpoint starts to spin and if it senses the clothes are out of balance it stops jiggles them around a bit then restarts. Virtually silent and dead still.
Just took another picture of the fitting because it does not look like a lamp not fully screwed in could cause a bad connection on the SIDE of the Edison. Looks like is is sprung to me.
Any ideas?

On mine the flue gas (inside pipe) is open to the sky. The outside combustion air pipe is protected from rain by a hat so it can only draw air from underneath. 2 years old.
BSS will be able to supply the 25mm BS1387 pipe and the mallable iron fittings. Dont know if they will cut and thread it. I think 32mm will be a better size.
