Haha yeah - did hear that Ferroli's have a pretty poor reliability history. This one is approx 8yrs old I think. I know the process of modulating but this ain't normal, modulating up and down constantly every 30 secs.

Nasty stuff is taking over the lawn and is spreading into the flowerbeds as well. Can't figure out what it is from a Google search so far..

It also doesn't make a noise all the time, just usually when the boiler first kicks into life or when it powers down.

Also, I hope that T&E cabling clipped to the outside of the wall is temporary. It should be in conduit otherwise for mechanical protection and to stop sunlight degrading the plastic sheath.

Pump is on its way out on a Ferroli Tempra 30 boiler. The pump is a Grundfos 15-50 but looks to be a custom one for Ferroli. I've tried googling the part number but can't seem to find a suitable replacement. Since it is just the pump head, can I fit any Grundfos 15-50 pump head?
