Hi all, had some ballast delivered for my footing for a small conncrete block raised bed i am making. it seems to be a lot of sand and not much aggregate, is this normal i dont really know what its meant to look like. thanks

thanks looks to be similar right the way through. would you say theres too much sand and not enough ballast? im only making footings for a small 400mm high block wall for raised bed. any help appreciated
