    Was the reading taken with taps open? It the dynamic pressure you need to know. Bigger diameter mains = better flow, same pressure.

    Undoing the screw is less labour intensive than sawing through the underneath....

    Undo the screw on the waste in the bath, undo the nut on the waste pipe from the trap, instead of the jammed one. Remove the lot and replace (y)

    I'm roof as fook, I put all trvs on left and never really pay attention to which side F and R are. Once have I ever seen trvs chattering, some cheap boss ones, we were sent a tool to change them without draining down an d some new valve Gubbins.
