    12.5mm Plasterboard and 12mm Hardiebacker on same wall (bathroom)?....

    Leaving aside cost implications and extra time, with regards to the boarding of a wall directly beside a bath with an overhead shower, is the advice therefore not to tank the hardiebacker board? Do you mean its detrimental to tank it?
