Accused by neighbour that boiler flue is causing a statutory nuisance

Tell her to cut back the bush that's obstructing your garage door since it's effectively trespassing and creating an obstruction nuisance.

Accused by neighbour that boiler flue is causing a statutory nuisance

If their house is 9 metres away from the flue then I suspect that some other event has kicked off this dispute. Neighbours are a nuisance at the best of time but we all have to live with them.

    Bending hep20 pipe

Of course you can acheive a 90 degree bend but if you want a tight bend then you will need to use a support unit such as these https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/p/hep2o-cold-forming-bend-fixture-grey-15mm-hx7515/p/570478

    Power supply

You'll need exactly the same specification (voltage, AC or DC and wattage) You'll probably find it easier and cheaper to buy a complete new set. How do you know it's the power modules that have failed and not the actual lighting sets.

Extractor fan need 3 amp fuse

Fuses in supply lines are there to protect the supply line, NOT the end of line device. Manufacturers warranty terms cannot hide behind whatever fuse or breaker the supply service is.

Taking forever to pressurise central heating system. Why is this so?

Sounds like your header tank feed to the boiler is either fully/partially blocked or the header tank inlet isn't refilling the tank

replacing old 22mm 3/4 Rad valves for 15mm?

I would imagine you've already done it, but if not, can I suggest you remove the skirting cover plates and dust/wash the radiator fins. These develop thick layers of dust over time which greatly reduces their heat output.

Partially exposed earth wire in plug

"...the cable is bare in the cabling so it can carry fault current back to the board in case of a fault." I trust those aren't the actual words your electrical installer used.

    Viessman 100 Weather Compensating Sensor

Remember to install it on a non-sunny wall (ie North facing) If that's not possible then you'll need some form of sun shield to prevent the sun skewing the sensor's measurement.

Any ideas what this cold water tank is made from?

i agree with Jim if it's that old. A wooden box with lead lininng. If it is lead it has value so a visit to your local scrappie might be a pleasant surprise. It'll be heavy so you'll probably have to cut it up to make it managable.

    Mould between the bathroom tiles

The other thing you need to do, immediately after every shower, is dry the walls. Mould 'loves' stagnent moisture so removing the moisture from the face of the tiles will prevent mould growth. Following the drying of the walls, the warmth left in the tiles as a result of your showering will...

Cylinder drain cock tapping - parallel thread

The correct engineering seal for a parallel male thread in a parallel female bush is to fit a collar washer which forms the seal once the male part is fully screwed home. PTFE tape, whilst it might work is a bodge job. See here for a full description :

Increasing amount of water heated with the immersion heater, options?

But there's been no mention of the length of the heater, only the thermostat.
