See image. I connected the black and grey on each set with each other in a connector block. On the other switch, I touched one probe to black and the other to grey. I did it for both sets. The reading did not even register. It stayed at 1, which seems to be default. JH

The guy at Lightwave told me to connect just two wires and the rest is taken care off via the app. One Live and one Switched Live. Cap the rest. I have already connected my 2-way passage one in the same way. JH

I did connect the new Lightwave Smart Switch to the non-working outlet initially but since that didn't light up, I tested the wires and found no voltage. So I took it off and reconnected an older switch to see if that would make a difference. JH

It's difficult to do that because there are 3 sleeves coming out of one outlet and I can't remember which wires led to which terminal. On the non-working outlet, the sleeves are inside the wall so I can't even see which wires come from which sleeve. However, I have connected my old working...
