Air pressure gauge setup in septic tank

I hadn't thought of the condensation issue. The problem with digital switches is that I want to know if there is a drop in pressure rather than just knowing if there is some or none. What about an electronic gauge?

Air pressure gauge setup in septic tank

I have a sewage treatment plant that is buried in my garden Last week I noticed a part had failed causing the treatment of effluent to stop, I'd like to have some pre warning if this happens again and want to know how I could add some air pressure gauges to the setup. There are three circuits...

    Klargester biosafe1 fault

hi I have a biosafe1 which has developed a fault, the solvent weld seen in attached photo has failed, the straight pipe is 40mm and it appears to be welded to a straight connector, however the part on top where the blue air pipe connector is screwed in I don't recognise, can anyone help please?

    Xenon strobe query

mHouse Yes there is an output, but it's pulsed and I've blown two LED units already as the voltage is an odd 15 or so volts

    Xenon strobe query

I already have in place a set of detectors and at no point is there a situation where someone could become trapped between a gate and another object without breaking the beam on the sensor. I was under the impression that visual aids were mandated for all electric automatic gates.

    Xenon strobe query

The beacon doesn't power up before or after the gate moves anyway I'm not using a beacon because two led strobes have burnt out and the original car brake light style bulb causes the motors to slow when illuminated.

    External door dropped

Thanks for the advice. I'll see if I can repair it as I don't have £500 to spare!

I'm afraid neither are viable options!

    External door dropped

Interesting, I didn't know that, I suppose that makes the job of the bottom rail that much more important!

    External door dropped

Yeah, I'm afraid he's taken far too much off hence the issue, can you see the top of the door and how much the wood has come away from the top rail?

    External door dropped

There only appears to be a top and bottom rail. Hopefully the photos will provide some clarification. Thanks for the messages so far

    Xenon strobe query

Hi, I have a xenon strobe that I've wired to my electric gate, unfortunately the polarity on the motor is reversed when the gate is closing, and the strobe doesn't work. Is there a relay or similar that can correct this so the strobe has the correct polarity regardless of the direction of...

    External door dropped

Hi, I had a solid oak door fitted about a year ago, since then the door has started to drop very slightly. On inspection, the joiner has cut too much off the bottom of the door completely exposing the tenon joint, leading to the door now being more of a parallelogram. What are my options...

Thanks for the replies, on further investigation (not having a clue where to start with this!) I've decided to stick with the light switch option I've got and just 'watch out' for the wind!

Resisting voltage for gate xenon strobe

Hi, I have an electric gate with a pulsed voltage output for a beacon to illuminate, the peak output is 18v, and has subsequently burnt out two cheap&nasty LED style strobes. Can anyone suggest what my options are for a xenon style strobe to replace the existing? My concerns are two fold: 1...
