Tnx terry. Is the roof constructed in such a way that there is a waterproof layer below tiles then some internal layer facing lining the attic? Basically i am hoping water will not fall 90 degrees through missing tile area and onto bedroom ceiling below.

On slanting roof three tiles from gutter . I need a quick fix to prevent rain water coming in . It is directly over bedroom ceiling. I can access from inside of attic/roof . Rain is due before roof repairer. Tnx very much 4 any advice.

Got to stage where he slept in his van outside flat.....guard dog ..obssesive behaviour for 3 nights ...began to have hygeine probs too. Had wife and handicaped child at home too.

Just bought three wooden internal kitchen/lounge doors primed for painting. What is the best way to prepare it? The final paint will be satin paint not gloss. Which type of undercoat would be most suitable and which grade sanding paper would be best, p120? Thanks.

How safe is it to trim a door 1981cm height to 1979cm. I saw a door but it is recommended to trim by 6mm only. A baton was mentioned and to trim more than 6mm would weaken the door. I cannot believe all doorways are 1981h and that i have to have one 1979cm. Please can i have some help. Tnx.

Can anybody recommend a supplier for mdf pre painted skirting boards 12cm h, 18mm thickness , 4m length. Does quality of mdf vary? Tnx
