They are 12 volt, internal ceiling lights, the idiot partner (ex sparky) had turned one circuit off. They've been back today and all is working ok.

There are no markings on it whatsoever, the base is 15mm diameter, she has only just got the boat so she has no idea of voltage. Apparently all the lights on one side of the boat don't work, so possibly a circuit fault.

Just need processing as they disembark, then all will be OK.

Compared to those that were skimming millions from taxpayers and have faced no consequences it does seem harsh. £8k cost to the NHS would probably be £1k at most on the open market, people have had suspended sentences or fines for worse crimes. I'm not condoning what they did, it's just another...

A couple have been jailed for selling PPE they stole from the NHS. Quite a big sentence considering the value of the items taken. They should have faced some sort of action, but seems harsh considering many scammed millions during COVID, and they go unpunished.
