When it’s on, it’s blowing air into the bathroom

I’ve got one of these that is blowing air into the bath. However, when I place a tissue on the fan it does suck it in. Defies logic! There’s lots of water sitting on the bath walls. Can I get some advice on this muddled situation I find myself in please.

When I connect a single set of T&E into these push in terminals, al seems fine and the connections are tight. When I add the second set, they don't push in in the same way. They seem looser. I have also tried by pushing down the levers on the terminals. No avail. I have tried multiple...

Sorry @Wayners, I'm all questions! I've seen videos where guys hold it in place for a few seconds and then their away doing the next bit of skirting. I assumed from that, that it is secured to the wall once firmly pushed into place. I am happy to hold it for a minute or so if that's safer.

In the past, I have done all the painting - emulsion and gloss - and applied caulk at the end. I think the caulk needs to be painted over?

In the past, I’ve caulked at the end. Admittedly there was no big gaps. It sounds like, it needs to be done before the finishing paint coat.

I've double coated my walls and plan to fit the architrave and skirting next. Do I paint the skirting, architraves and then caulk or should it be done in a different order? My walls and woodwork is white. Thanks in advance.

This bedroom door frame was split and damaged. I’ve cut that section out and wondering how I can join a new section to it. I am doing new architraves once finished. I’d appreciate any advice you can provide and want to avoid replacing the whole frame.

No. Didn’t cross my mind at the time. You have also commended it for wood which is its core use case I guess. The new Brushless model is supposed to be more powerful. I am inclined to go for it.

Please let me know if anyone else has experience of this nailer. It was strongly recommended by a local builder. He also said that the makita nailer was awful.
