Shower High Pressured Initially Then Slows Down

Looking at those pics, the tundish is marked. Probably due to discharging. I think expansion vessel for the unvented cylinder is full of water. It needs pumping out and pressurising correctly.

Open system sucking in air, closed system still sucking in air! Any help or pointers?

Has the expansion vessel been left at the pressure set in the factory? Usually about 3bar. Needs setting to suit installation. Normally about .75bar. I would personally drain the system, deflate the ev, refill the system slowly using the bleed on the ev arm as it looks like the highest point...

Open system sucking in air, closed system still sucking in air! Any help or pointers?

From what I can see the pump looks like it is on the flow from the boiler and the magnaclean is on the return. I may be wrong. I would therefore also assume that an auto air vent would be installed on the return pipe from the boiler or there is one inside the boiler. If I'm right, I think when...

Pipes Banging and Thumping when there's no Activity

Way to stop upstairs neighbours flooding my garden?

Land registry will tell you who owns the property. Will cost you £13 ish Or try a Google for rental property, it may give you letting agent details. Contact them and ask the landlord to deal with it Problem is, tenants may get arsey and act worse. Environmental health might be interested but...

Unusually water leak on a Worcester Greenstar 25cdi boiler. The plastic section behind the dhw temperature sensor has developed a slow leak.

Nothing unusual about that part leaking, quite common. Usually because the boiler has been installed without a shock arrestor. Relatively easy job. Might be a good idea to do the right hand block too, with a new flow adaptor and silencers. Not as cheap or as easy, and fit a shock arrestor too.

    Possible Airlock

Google primatic cylinder. Evident by lack of separate f&e tank for central heating. Ie one big tank feeding cylinder only.

Hot water not hitting top temperatures

All of the showers will have nrv's built in. If they are bar showers it's easy to find which are passing. Run the shower on fully hot, feel the left inlet pipe (usually hot feed) it will get hot. Turn shower off. If the nrv is faulty it will go cold pretty quick. Repeat with all of them.

Hot water not hitting top temperatures

It could be tmv's installed have a non return valve stuck open, causing cold mains water to push through into the hot supply back to the calorifiers. Won't be noticeable during the day with everything being used. Only when demand stops. Had similar in a pathology lab where storage tank would...
