Kitchen unit has dropped down , luckily I got it whilst I was in the kitchen , one of the brackets has come off and left holes like the picture , it's a crappy new build extension added on a few years ago to my 1930's semi. Big holes are exactly where the bracket needs to go ....not sure what...

Bathroom is upstairs and when I moved in I had loft insulation put down , however the loft is cold at this time of year as it has no felt just old style bodging

The rest of the house is mould free , no condensation anywhere else , plus windows are a year old too , just the bathroom it was ok until we fitted a combi shower.

My bathroom ceiling is mouldy I do have a 150mm blauberg extractor fan but it doesn't help much , bathroom is 6 feet square. I will at some point get a inline fan mount it in the loft ( and make a hole in the wall or soffit to extract) and fit the grill to the bathroom ceiling at the moment it's...

I need to cover my roof on my pergola that I've built , has a wooden roof , can I just put felt on it and nail it down or membrane.....not sure if it's same stuff , it's 14 feet x 9 feet so I'm thinking if I get a 15m x 1 m that should be enough to do it all. Any advice please.
