Seed Potatoes for Sale- Are they Having a laugh?

yup, best feeling ever :) My small garden is full of fruit bushes, fruit trees and got strawberries planted all over, in summer I don't even need to go to shop as I can just eat that stuff everyday, but potatoes....not worth it in my opinion if you can get them for cheap.

Seed Potatoes for Sale- Are they Having a laugh?

I think it's false economy growing your own potatoes nowadays when you can wait for xmas/easter season where they sell them for 10p a kilo, I usually stock up at that time and keep them in cold place and they last for months... Till the next good offer in shops come up, than I stock up again :D

What a load of bull, what diseases exactly? :D The few there are are pretty much contaminated to the single potatoes, if you see funny looking ones you buy in shop- Just don't plant them if you are scared of that stuff which ''might'' happen, again- If few catches the ''disease'' big deal... Btw...

    Scaffolding/trestles

Last time I needed a portable way to get high enough I built a scaffolding tower out of some scrap timber, it was light enough so I was able to just slide it around, rendered/painted a 2 story building in no time. After that I used the timber to make something else.. Took no time to build it...

Parkside tools are they any good?

They are extremely good value for money I agree- and they are more than perfect for DIY'ers or if you just need the tool once. however I like to do a lot of DIY /building/woodworking so I can justify spending more to get much nicer tools even if they cost 3-4x more. I think they had Cordless...

Parkside tools are they any good?

They are there for a short time to create an urge in people and make it special! If they were available year-round it would take up so much more space for them and they would probably get less sales overall! My dad bought one of those dremel tools as well- It was terrible, after that he has...

    Knock off batteries

Guys you can just sell your used batteries after you use them for a couple of years and they start to show wear and just buy new ones.. Even totally dead ones go for 1/3 of what a new ones cost, decent condition ones goes for like 75% of what a brand new goes for... Ebay buyers are just weird....
