Hi, I want to change the light switch on my wall - its a double light switch. I've unscrewed the faceplate to check the cables, wasn't sure it was looped etc. I have feeding this 2 different cables. Ones a 3 core (2 red and E), the other which i've never seen is a 2 core (1 Red and 1 E). So...

Thanks for the other replies lol a friend after seeing the photo and a bit of research it looks like it’s water pipes which is a bit of a shock and a bit of a pain as I’m guessing they are still in use.... I just wanted an idea of what it may be and what I could potentially be looking at...
