Replaced loo fill valve but still dripping.

You could measure it, but depends on how much you need to make up, only slightly I’d be looking at a tap extension

    Help with water hummer

Yes, the large white cylindrical thing is called an unvented hot water cylinder, it’s not a tank.

Replacing Drayton LP241 with Drayton Wiser - Combi Boiler

So it seems this just a helpful post then?

Can I replace this shower panel?

That looks like it’s been siliconed/adhesived in, so carefully score using a utility knife. Also looks like a wall profile, but search this: fixed shower screen spares

    Help with water hummer

It could be on your unvented cylinder side, which would require a service. It could also be loose pipework.

    Glow-worm Ultimate 30C - Leaking from PRV?

Not necessarily more significant problem, but you likely have a flat or failed expansion vessel or expansion issue. Use a local for this

Drayton wiser kit 2 please help

Yep (providing it’s mains at the other end) otherwise you’ll be bringing the heating on using the hot water side of it.

Drayton wiser kit 2 please help

Sorry, I’ve just re-read through and you have a combi perhaps? You’ve connected to the hot water side, but said you didn’t need that, so can’t understand why you did that. Maybe move the wire over as I mentioned in post #4 providing it’s mains switching. As for what’s on the wall, it’s wireless...

Drayton wiser kit 2 please help

No worries, but if you want/need heat in the meantime, set the existing to the maximum temperature and Wiser will take over.

Drayton wiser kit 2 please help

You asked about disconnecting it, but that’ll leave a break in the circuit. So you have the option to set it to maximum and the new one takes over, link the 2 wires that make the on/off switching contact or remove altogether (decommission), but you’ll need to complete the circuit in the wiring...

    Crosswater shower valve fault

I wonder where that piece of large brass came from? Good to know it should be sorted.

Drayton wiser kit 2 please help

Set to maximum, decommission or link the 2 switch wires

Maybe use an external programmer and just leave existing in?

Hive wiring to ideal logic 30 & underfloor heating?

Perhaps it could be done using a separate switch for the motorised valve(s) but then maybe use the grey and orange for the switch live back to opentherm on the boiler via the Hive?

Air Brick sizing - bigger than the flue

So it’s for a fuel burning appliance?

    New thermostat wires

Aye, could be. However, there’s 2 red wires in the vicinity, hard to tell from the photo

Replaced loo fill valve but still dripping.

Not sure on Viva stuff yet as I’ve not had many dealings. Torbeck, fluidmaster, and even Thomas Dudley (your current one) are reputable brands. Siamp are ok too

Boiler pressure drop - can’t find leak

Was the expansion vessel checked or charged on the service? Could be a small leak. Maybe isolate the radiators again?

    New thermostat wires

Can you trace the wires at the wiring center end and disconnect them, turn the mcb back on and then see if it stays on? If it doesn’t, then perhaps a coincidence and something else is causing the trip. If it does stay on, then it’s likely something on that run.
