there are three wiring diagrams, seems you need the One Channel version, can you confirm that is the version you have?
I would say so, transfer the L’s and N’s and then NO (black) to terminal 4. I don’t know why you bought the 2 channel but hopefully you can use it.Can I just use the kit 2 without using the hot water
It's salus rt500
Sorry can you tell me what colour wire goes in to the Drayton wiser pleaseI would say so, transfer the L’s and N’s and then NO (black) to terminal 4. I don’t know why you bought the 2 channel but hopefully you can use it.

No, as step one is finding out if low voltage or extra low voltage control. If extra low voltage then can't combine supply and control, one is 230 VAC and the other, like 24 volts, could be DC. If all low voltage (230 VAC) then one may be able to combine, but it depends on protection, combining could result in bypassing a fuse in the boiler, so not straight forward.Sorry can you tell me what colour wire goes in to the Drayton wiser please

It may be that you can use the dual channel, but can't work that out remote from the job, it needs some inspection and testing to work out.

Set to maximum, decommission or link the 2 switch wiresI have connected it and the DW is working on the app, I've left the thermostat downstairs on and on the DW it shows the heating is on but the boiler is not firing. Do I need to disconnect the thermostat. This is the picture of the thermostat View attachment 400783
What does that mean? Sorry I don't mean to be rudeSet to maximum, decommission or link the 2 switch wires

You asked about disconnecting it, but that’ll leave a break in the circuit. So you have the option to set it to maximum and the new one takes over, link the 2 wires that make the on/off switching contact or remove altogether (decommission), but you’ll need to complete the circuit in the wiring center. What does that mean? Sorry I don't mean to be rude
Thank you for clearing that up, I will get a electrician to do thatYou asked about disconnecting it, but that’ll leave a break in the circuit. No worries, but if you want/need heat in the meantime, set the existing to the maximum temperature and Wiser will take over.Thank you for clearing that up, I will get a electrician to do that
I tried this, it will show on the wiser the heating light is on but won't fire the boiler I can't get around what it could beNo worri s, but if you want/need heat in the meantime, set the existing to the maximum temperature and Wiser will take over.
