    Never had this and i have changed loads of them? Sure you not turning the wrong way and doing it up if not get some a spanner the correct size instead of the adjustable as it needs to be a good expensive make eg barco good luck

    Why a new boiler? You say its 3bar and dripping are you repressurising ? could the filling loop be open? but it sounds like a pressure vessel problem. Not a new boiler. drain some water out so it reads 1bar disconnect the filling loop see what happens and reply here :D

    Any damaged gas pipe should be made AR and turned off.. If your going to get the soldering gear out then get a RGI to cut and repair it :wink: Kabooom

    Have you got oil/checked your filter at the tank Seems strange you think the last pump is faulty and now your new one? Is it single or twin supply pipe to burner,do you have a tiger loop? im asking as if it has 2 pipes you need to insert a bypass screw for it to work.. if filter is clean...

    Do you have a single supply pipe or twin supply? as for running backwards it wont as he got like for like pump By priming your pump thats not enought you need to bleed the oil line as its about 100+ psi pressure a dribble in your pump wont do it..
