    they were still selling kingfisher 2 years ago as i installed one at a commercial premises(condensing not required) and no drain nearby anyway. Love the old profiles easy to fix if they go wrong but not that often goes wrong

    sounds like the fan at the top of the boiler if thats faulty it wont operate the presure swich and gas valve? What boiler is it? take front cover off and see if noise is from the top of the boiler

    you should fit a new pump as said above but if you are fitting yourself buy a pressure gauge too as you will need to set oil/air ratio :wink:

    when you changed the motor did you check/replace the dog coupling bet thats the problem :wink: As said above the amount of money and time your spending you should get someone to check it over as you need the right tools to re-set the boiler e.g. pressure gauge soot pump... :roll:

    and check the 2amp fast blowing fuse on pcb? Have you 240v at boiler/pcb?

    thingk you should drain down and change them fill the system with inhibitor i use x100 Use honeywell valves so you can change body without draining down :lol: you need a tool(epensive) but if you call honeywell they would put you onto there rep who lets you use his :wink:

    no that wont seal Best to remove and check nut is tight and replace with a new dognut from plumb center/plumb base e.c.t. I know a pain but best way.. did you install it if not get plumer back to put it right for free :lol:

    Have you drained it and checked its sitting flush :?: And check the nut is tight as i have had this leak even if the donut is sealed :roll:
