Right Hand Held Shower Head with water pressure ?

I agree about prices and it's hard to see, in some cases, how the very expensive ones are any better than the cheaper ones when all you want is a "rain" effect. Just ordered the one you mentioned as that will do for the bathroom. I can check it out when it arrives to see if I'd like it for my on...

Right Hand Held Shower Head with water pressure ?

I always have a problem getting the right shower head for my system. I'm not bothered about ones with various massage functions as I just want a good drenching shower. i have an unvented system with the top up pressure valve that seems to be 1 bar. I've always assumed this was my water...

    Line of Sight Bricks

The latter Woody now i'm at home and can check the actual doc. I haven't seen their deeds of course but my land has a thick line around it... I assume red on the BS original as mine is a black and white photocopy but done at point of purchase. All land boundaries are clearly marked as dotted...

    Line of Sight Bricks

But woody if that was the case wouldn't that make the visibility line worthless and could be ignored by anyone at anytime, anywhere ? Surely the whole principal is that there is a clear line of site as designated by those markers ? Happy to be corrected of course :D Looking at my deeds the red...

    Line of Sight Bricks

This is what it looks like Red is the marked "line of sight" Black are the driveways and blue is where he is considering as a parking area. According to the plans he owns that area... Remembering this is not a main road but an estate road

    Line of Sight Bricks

The sight line cuts across two driveways and is our exit onto the estate road across dropped kerbs. Apart from us pulling out into the road the council guy a few years said it was also intended to give cars driving around the curve in the road clear site of any oncoming cars. There is a , cul de...

    Line of Sight Bricks

Good point. I'll still advise him to see if he needs permission to either pave it or park his car there. Just so he's covered. Thanks for your advice (y)

    Line of Sight Bricks

I know... I'm so naive to think that :ROFLMAO: Next you'll be telling me there's no Santa....... Its not on a bus route and doesn't get gritted as far as I know as its a local small estate road off any main roads. But I suspect laying a parking slab and parking cars on it would be...

    Line of Sight Bricks

Only reply I have had from development control was to ask for a fee of £47.40 to address my planning enquiry  Sorry but I think a simple question as to the purpose of the markers and could anyone park the road side of them doesn't constitute a planning enquiry. Jeez, I know times are...

    Line of Sight Bricks

Thanks and that is likely the case. I'm going to re read my deeds for this area and see if there are any convenents about , effectively blocking the line of sight with cars parked on the owners land outside the line of sight markers. Let alone paving the area.

    Line of Sight Bricks

Set in the ground across the front of my garden about 10 foot in from the road and across next doors is a line of bricks set in the ground. Our houses are on a small estate and on the inside of a long bend and it was explained by a council highways man that the bricks mark the "line of sight"...

    Golf 1.4 tsi petrol 2013

 As I said... old habits die hard. In my case it comes from having my first cars as a a beaten up mini van and a Anglia 105E.... daily fluid checks were the norm.... The Golf makes you lazy unless you are careful as the only thing that goes down is the windscreen water. The thimble full...

    Golf 1.4 tsi petrol 2013

I've had the car 20 months and I do check weekly, old habits die hard, but I've never had to top it up much between services. Literally just the odd drop every few months and I'm talking egg cup fulls.

    Golf 1.4 tsi petrol 2013

I've got the 150bhp GT MK7 Golf and did a lot of research before buying and was quite happy to buy. I don't believe the chain "problem" was sorted on these cars. But its a superb engine being quiet and smoth and with loads of poke. I have the DSG box and its a perfect match up.

Luxury Vinyl Planks Under Toilet ?

So true... but thanks for the advice as its something to consider. I think given I'm laying plywood then a glued LVT on top it may come up too high on a toilet mounted on the floor. But I'll see when the man arrives in a couple of weeks. Thanks again

Rewire but not putting in a ring main ?

Is that because not having to do a return to the fuse box ? Against a rarely used resilience in the ring final option ?

Luxury Vinyl Planks Under Toilet ?

Thought about that but I have always fitted it on top of the flooring which has usually bee wood or laminate. Change the fitted furniture or the toilet and you could have a mismatch and a big gap around the units and another opportunity for water to get in. I think my concern around using Luxury...
