TBH a lot of oil fuel lines are installed in this way and do not get knocked or leak, are you saying you are a bit heavy handed or accident prone?? :shock:

Your boiler might be working fine now, but it won't once the Conservatory is built!! good advice already given new boiler - shouldn't cost that much to do not as much as your new conservatory! and you should have costed the boiler issue into the cost of the Build! :shock:

I'll bet the oil pump has a slight leak on the shaft seal which is leaking into the burner motor unseen - but high in smell! :wink:
