    Ello, Yes the pressure was down to 0 this mourning so i refilled it via filling loop and it was ****ing out the expansion pipe so i guess theres a diaphram gone faulty or something which was shuting down the boiler. Many thanks for your help MST

    Found the problem. Your right i had to re-fill the system but then noticed water was coming out the expansion pipe. What do you think has failed? Going to get someone in soon to fix it.

    Got ya, Ill have a tamper with it tommrow and let you know. It was put in last year, so should be all ok. yeap its a combi. 30KW Will let ya know more tommrow. Thanks for your help so far :wink:

    Sorry Spacethegas my spelling isnt great on keyboard :D Cant give you much more info im afraid. It was ok one minute then nothing. Hot water flowing but not getting hot. Lights go through the stages of heat e.g 20,40 up to 60 then on 60 it flashes and no hot :!:

    Hi , I have a Baxi boiler and though the hot water is flowing it dosent seem to be getting hot. The important part of this is that the 60 degree setting is flashing.......any ideas? EDIT[ pressure is at 1.1 bar :wink:

    Thanks for your replys, I am a kitchen/bathroom fitter for the past 14 years. And yes it was the CORGI helpline...... :roll: you wouldnt have thought they would talk out there butt would you! CCN training is coming up at a local college which i think i will take and go from...

    Im getting diffrent information on what CORGI want as entry requirements. As far as i was aware you needed a minimum of 80 hours under a CORGI installer but when i asked CORGI about this today it wasnt the case. Can anyone confirm this? also any other info on what are good books to read...

    Thanks , Im going to do the training with the local college. My main concern is when i complete my training i dont want the experiance part to let me down, are CORGI really strict on it? I know there were a few holes in the corgi electrical process which could be by-passed.
