how do you know it isnt the water eating the rad?

its fairly straight forward job if you know what your are doing IMHO you should contract a decent and recommend person to do it for you :)

could be that the water in your system is eating the rad :) even so a year is too quick where did you get the rad from? call them and tell them what has happened

well the motor in the heating valve is ok isnt it, as you get heating? so the motor in the hw one is knackered hence why you dont have hot water :)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i just looked at the video showing how he did it :)

i see the card trick none of the cards he shows you in the first instance make it to the cards he shows you in the second instance but I cannot for the life of me see how he does the coin trick
